THE SPECIFICS OF MASTERING CREATIVE IT TECHNOLOGIES BY SENIORS

Annotation:

The article is devoted to the review and solution of the research goal: “Specificity of mastering of creative IT-technologies by seniors”. The following tasks were formulated as a way to find the solution of the goal: research of theoretical aspects of mastering creative IT-technologies by seniors, presentation of characteristics of seniors as an object of continuing education, analysis of specifics of mastering creative IT-technologies by seniors, and description of practical tools of the creative IT-technologies mastering process.. The authors believe that online programs solve the issue of taking into account the limited physical condition of older people and, with the correct goal setting, reveal a “roadmap” for the application of acquired skills and knowledge that can motivate potential audiences to become part of the lifelong learning process. The article reveals the specifics of the development of creative IT technologies by older people and highlights the main aspects for the implementation of thematic programs: the information should be clear and step-by-step. An important role here is played by the professionalism of the speaker, who must have in-depth knowledge, relevant competences and be able to answer specific questions, as well as remotely solve simple technical difficulties in mastering IT technologies by listeners. This work goes beyond the allotted time of classes, which is explained by the informational support in the group chat and motivational actions for the independent search for technological solutions of silver age students. The course itself should be divided into modules and be flexible based on the requests of a specific group of listeners. The entire cycle of mastering IT technologies is considered as a practical application of the acquired knowledge and skills in the virtual space, and reveals its goals at the stage of the entrance online briefing.
