Annotation:

In recent years, the problem of reducing the burden of industrial production on the environment has become urgent, which implies the effective use of natural resources, preservation of the environment and reduction of its pollution. The main indicators of the impact of economic activity on the environment in the Amur region for the period 2015—2020 are given. Construction is a foundation-forming branch of the national economy, solving vital tasks of creating the material base of other industries, including agricultural production. In recent years, during the construction of buildings and structures, special attention has been paid to the environmental component that affects the cost of construction. The issue of waste disposal of construction production is particularly relevant. The article discusses the peculiarities of the impact of construction on the environment, and studies have shown that different types of construction have different effects on the environment. Reclamation construction has not only negative effects on the environment, but also positive ones. The article outlines the main directions of the use of waste from reclamation construction. The article shows the number of animals in the districts of the Amur region, in areas where land reclamation works were carried out in 2020—2022. A model for assessing the impact of reclamation construction on the environment based on oriented graphs is proposed. The use of oriented graphs for modeling the situation of interaction between reclamation construction and the environment will provide an opportunity to make optimal decisions in this area, as it will allow to assess the development trend, as well as to find various impact options to obtain the best result.
