Annotation:

The article substantiates the importance of teaching teachers the technology of designing a personalized educational space for children with different educational needs, examines the methodological foundations of designing pedagogical activities in this space, provides a scientific and methodological justification of the network additional professional training program for teachers “Technology of designing a personalized educational space”, which includes 9 modules, allowing teachers to learn the conceptual foundations of designing a personalized educational space, learn to overcome the psychological barriers of designing a personalized educational space, master the technologies of organizing a personalized educational space that will meet the needs of each student, master the tools of control and evaluation activities in a personalized educational space, gain experience using a variety of digital educational resources for personalized learning, to study the ways of building an individual educational route in a personalized educational space through tutor support of children with different educational needs, to get acquainted with the technology of implementing educational practices and the technology of organizing the development of creativity of students in a personalized educational space, to consider in practice the methodological model of personalized learning on the example of innovative schools, to improve their skills in the use of interactive teaching methods and the development of educational materials. The list of methods recommended in working with teachers is presented. The key learning outcomes of the program are predicted reflecting the development of professional competence, the transformation of semantic structures of personality, the removal of psychological defenses, the development of a constructive strategy for teachers to overcome psychological barriers, the development of productive solutions, the removal of emotional stress. The prospects of research related to the subsequent conceptual substantiation of the model of formation of teachers’ readiness to implement personalized learning strategies for children with different educational needs are outlined.
