Annotation:

The author substantiates and reveals the possibilities of forming subjectivity, activity, professional and personal qualities by designing and implementing creative spaces as part of scientific and educational, creative centers (scientific and educational centers). Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering creative centers (“Prochnost”, “Osnovy”and others) combine classrooms with innovative technical and technological direction, audio and video technologies allow to improve the quality of training engineers for the architectural and construction industry. Psychological and pedagogical research emphasizes the importance of creating an effective educational environment in universities. It contributes to the development of the student`s activity (V. A. Yasvin), formation of his professional competences and subjectivity. The actions of a student as a subject are an integrative mental association of an individual, personality and individuality (A. V. Brushlinsky). Models of subjectivity formation within the framework of ecological approach are considered by A. I. Panov. Technological, psychological and methodological difficulties are identified in the formation of subjectivity and competences in students (A. V. Kaptsov, E. I. Kolesnikova). The article analyzes and reveals the possibilities of providing creative structures of the university, which are essentially defined as creative spaces, uniting environments, conditions for generating educational, social, economic, cultural and knowledge activities of students, the implementation of the processes of self-development, self-education, selfimprovement. Creative educational space in universities can be designed and implemented as part of scientific and educational centers. Spatial and subject content, technological support is carried out with the broad participation of enterprises of various industries, research structures, public and private organizations, firms, entrepreneurs, university graduates and interested persons. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the spatial and subject environment as a factor in ensuring the effectiveness of professional and personal development of students, to determine their creative potential in the process of self-development and self-education, to highlight the features of the creative educational environment as part of scientific and educational centers.
