THE PROBLEM OF LEARNING STRESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND A PROBABILISTIC WAY OF ITS RESOLUTION BY MEANS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

Annotation:

On the one hand, the aspects of learning stress are widely considered by authors of different profiles and are represented by multiple micro-modules of resistance enhancement; on the other hand, little importance is given to the possibilities of stress level correction by means of physical culture from the point of view of the main form of content, triggering the basic root cause, are given little attention, although, as a side note, its positive influence is stated. The purpose of the work is to study and concretize the provisions of the relationship between the learning stress among higher school students and the basic content of the non-specific component of the resistance of their body in the prolonged period of study, starting from school, and to verify the hypothesis in a pedagogical experiment. The objectives of the study were: to study the effects of learning stress on the physical condition of students; to substantiate the experimental program of early accumulation of the general endurance potential in students in the extended period of study before entering the university and verify its effectiveness in the pedagogical experiment. The theoretical and methodological basis consists of the following theories: adaptations (G. Selye, F. Z. Meerson, and B. V. Endaltsev); fundamentals of sports training (L. P. Matveev, I. N. Resheten, S. M. Ashkinazi, B. A. Karpushin); sports (A. A. Sidorov, Yu. V. Verkhoshansky, Zh. K. Kholodov, V. S. Kuznetsov); tests (L. P. Evseeva, R. M. Kadyrov). The following methods of scientific cognition were used: theoretical analysis and generalization; testing; cybernetic heart rhythm analysis (IPP-01C); the “accumulation” method; statistical processing of results; pedagogical experiment. The application of the developed methodology, which involves the predominantly cumulative development of the general endurance base of students by means of explanatory work and recreational hiking trips, has significantly increased both the aerobic mechanism of their capabilities and the degree of resistance to the impact of a stress factor. The pedagogical prolonged experiment, realized 2 years before graduation from secondary general education school No. 356 of the Moskovsky district of Saint Petersburg on 20 students, established that 12 of them, who entered the university, significantly progressed tolerance to the impact of learning stress, compared to the representatives of the control group.
