PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE MUSIC TEACHER IN MODERN CONDITIONS: ESSENCE AND CONTENT

Annotation:

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of professional training of a future music teacher in modern conditions. The author identifies the need to consider the peculiarities of professional activity of future specialists in the aspect of both classical (traditional) studies of representatives of Russian music pedagogy and modern pedagogical practitioners. On the basis of the analysis, the author focuses on the specifics of professional training of a music teacher, which consists in the multidimensionality and multifunctionality of his professional activity. The article highlights the changes in the modern learning process, manifested due to the digitalization of education, which is reflected in the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education to the training of a modern specialist; the task of rethinking approaches to the professional training of a music teacher is actualized. Taking into account the current changes in the educational system, the author considers its essence and content. Particular attention is paid to the most important tasks of the modern process of education in pedagogical universities in music, in the system of which both preserves the traditional multidisciplinarity of professional activity of future specialists, and the formation of their digital literacy, which implies fluency in digital technologies, digital tools and resources. On the basis of the conducted research, the author derives her own definition of the concept of professional training of a future music teacher, substantiates its four-component structure, identifies and characterizes in detail its components (musical-practical, musical-theoretical, musical-pedagogical and digital). From the position of the competence approach, the educational potential of the digital component is defined, which gives new opportunities for future specialists to acquire digital competences and apply them in their future professional activity.
