SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT AS A SYSTEM-FORMING PRINCIPLE OF CONTINUOUS PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Annotation:

The article presents the materials of a scientific and pedagogical study of the concept of spatial development in order to identify the possibility of its application as a system-forming principle for the development of conditions and mechanisms for the spatial organization of subjects of professional pedagogical activity in continuous advanced pedagogical education On the basis of metaphorical method the categorical structure of spatial development is revealed, its purpose in the methodology and technology of vocational education as a regulator of constructing changes and building a “living” spatial institution of professional community of teachers is determined. The methodology of spatial organization of professional activity of teachers is defined, which involves the use of strategic methods (scenario approach, roadmaps, educational expeditions, educational migrations, noogenic tasks, augmented reality) and foresight methods that ensure the identification of places of future scientific and technological breakthroughs and the results of their impact on certain public spheres in the medium-term and long-term prospects based on an expert assessment of strategic development trends. The complex of possibilities provided by the use of this principle as a regulator for building a system of continuous advanced education focused on achieving national sovereignty goals, including expanding the range of factors for the placement of objects and subjects of interaction in the educational space; the formation of educational and scientific complexes implementing cluster integration of research and educational projects of the system of continuous education of teachers; normalization of the certification procedure for new professions and techniques for the introduction of network distributed activities; building personalized routes for continuing pedagogical education, etc. As an intermediate result of the study of the problem of formation on the basis of the principle of spatial development of the system of conditions that enable the creation of professional event community within the framework of continuing teacher education, the article presents the technology of formation of change teams, including the step of co-organization, project meeting, prospective and strategic sessions and, finally, the innovation forum.
