ESSENCE OF THE MOTIVATION AND VALUE COMPONENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFO-COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Annotation:

In the modern world there are numerous changes in the society and education. Such transformations lead to modified labor market needs in terms of professional training and competence of future professionals to meet the requirements of the digital economy. Thus, in the context of the development of digitalization, informatization and the use of artificial intelligence in the education system, students’ info-communication skills become a basic element in the structure of universal competences. In modern scientific and pedagogical research, the problem of info-communication skills development and the study of their components has not yet found a deep and comprehensive consideration, which determines the relevance of this study. This article defines the concept of “info-communication skills” and presents in detail the motivation and value component as one of the main components in the structure of the above-mentioned skills. The main concept of this work is to study the essence of the motivation and value component in the development of info-communication skills of a modern student’s personality. Based on the analysis of theoretical literature, the article highlights indicators that show the formation of a motivation and value attitude of a person to their activities. The author concludes that this component is based on the principles of dialogue, cooperation and humanism. The elements revealing the essence of the motivational and value component as a driving force of personality formation and activity within the framework of info-communication skills development are presented as the main results: value attitudes and needs in information and cognitive activity, as well as in communication; predominance of subject-subject relations during communicative interaction; motives for self-realization, self-development and self-improvement in the process of actualization of info-communication skills in activity.
