Annotation: The research is aimed at studying issues that require comprehensive knowledge; its relevance is due to the interdisciplinary nature, combining approaches from different scientific fields. In sports, manifestations of aggression are inevitable, since it has a conflict character in its essence, which is manifested in training activities and game competitive practice. Aggression is the dominant way of human existence, the more «civilized » humanity becomes, the more aggressively it behaves, as psychologists believe. A number of them not only justify the manifestation of aggressiveness, but also consider it a necessary condition for personality activity. Given the inevitability of aggressive manifestations in sports, training practice requires educational measures and compliance with pedagogical conditions to minimize negative actions on the ice playground. Moreover, the process of forming positive communication between both players and between the coach and adolescents becomes important. And this is where the great skill of the coach manifests itself. Due to this, special requirements are imposed on the coaching staff in terms of positive communication in the educational space, observance of forms of emotionalsemantic communication, psycholinguistic foundations of speech activity, observance of cultural and ethical norms of behavior, aimed at regulating the psycho-emotional state of athletes 11-12 years old in the conditions of competition, which requires the formation of appropriate special professional competences as at the stage of basic training in sports universities, and in the process of subsequent self-education and self-training, participation in master classes, while taking advanced training courses.
