The article examines the problem of transforming
professional education in the context of the active
introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in various
fields of activity. It is noted that the traditional educational
model, which focuses on training specialists to solve typical
problems, is no longer in line with the demands of the time.
Today, artificial intelligence is not just a tool, but a kind
of “intellectual partner”, which requires fundamentally
different competencies from future specialists. The author
argues for the need to shift from the logic of using artificial
intelligence as a means to the logic of collaborating with it,
which leads to the formation of the so-called hybrid intelligence.
This concept implies a synergy of human qualities,
such as creativity, ethical evaluation, and understanding of context, with the capabilities of computational machines
to process large amounts of information. The article identifies
key contradictions in the current educational system that
hinder this transition. These include the conservatism of educational
programs that lag behind technological progress,
the prevalence of an instrumental view on artificial intelligence,
and the lack of clear criteria for evaluating the effectiveness
of human-machine collaboration. It is emphasized that
the main problem lies not in the technical equipment, but
in the established views of educators, which undermine
the potential of artificial intelligence in professional education.
As a solution, the article proposes the development and
implementation of new pedagogical scenarios. The article
describes three types of such scenarios. The first scenario is
based on using artificial intelligence as a cognitive assistant,
where the focus is on the ability to set tasks correctly. The se-
cond scenario involves simulating situations of collaborative
decision-making under uncertainty. The third, more complex
scenario focuses on using artificial intelligence as a “mirror”
for reflecting on one’s own thought processes. The article
concludes that the formation of hybrid intelligence should
be a strategic goal of modern professional education. |
