This article examines adaptive learning as
an independent structural unit within the humanities.
The methodological basis of the study is a synergetic
approach, providing a new perspective on adaptive learning,
characterized by nonlinearity, multivariance, alternative
development paths (evolution), and stochasticity. The author
argues that during the vocal training of future music teachers,
adaptive learning goes through stages of dialectic and synergetic,
demonstrating the sustainability of learning process
change and its transition to a new state, such as improvement
and development. Considering adaptive learning
as a pedagogical system, based on the logic of the research,
an attempt was made to utilize pedagogical management as
a mechanism and tool that enhances the methodological
aspect of the educational process and ensures its management.
In analyzing the problems of adaptation, the characteristics
it should possess were identified and formulated, its features
and factors influencing the adaptive learning process, from the perspective of vocal pedagogy, were clarified.
This process represents a metasystem aggregating the development
experience of various subsystems – vocal schools
sharing a common synergistic platform – and united by adaptive
learning based on self-organization of accumulated vocal
and pedagogical experience in a spatio-temporal continuum.
Analysis of the conducted research allows us to identify
the following components of adaptive learning: appropriateness,
value, validity, personalization, motivation, integrity,
variability, cyclicality, relevance, mentoring, and coordinated
interaction of all of these adaptive learning components.
The theoretical and methodological aspects of adaptive
learning presented in the article substantiate the relevance
of introducing the pedagogical management technology we
developed into the process of professional training of future
music teachers as one of adaptive strategies in the system
of advanced scientific experience. |
