In today’s economic development environment,
regions require a comprehensive system of organizational
and economic support for industrial integration to enhance
competitiveness, resource synergy, and sustainable growth
through the creation and development of industrial integration
entities, interregional ties, digitalization, and effective
asset management. The consolidation of enterprises
and firms into such entities reduces transaction costs, facilitates
entry into new markets and access to capital/technology,
while the synergy of shared interests increases overall
efficiency and scale, benefiting all participants. Furthermore,
this system provides mechanisms for resource sharing, R&D financing, and the rapid implementation of new technologies.
Organizational and economic tools serve as a key
integrated system for organizational and economic support
for the development of industrial integration entities
in the regional economy. This article presents a classification
of tools based on organizational, economic, and innovative-
digital components. An architectural approach
to the formation and development of integration structures
in the regional economy is also developed, based
on the systematic linkage of production, institutional, managerial,
and economic components. Unlike traditional cluster
or holding models, the proposed architecture does not imply
rigid centralization of management, but rather focuses on
a flexible combination of centralized and decentralized coordination
mechanisms. This allows for differences in scale,
resource potential, and strategic goals among participants,
and increases the resilience of the integrated structure
in the face of uncertainty. A multi-level model of the organizational
and economic architecture of a regional production
integration entity is proposed, taking into account the speci-
fics of regional development, the degree of integration among
participants, and the dynamics of interfirm interactions.
This model represents a structured system for management
or analysis, operating on a hierarchical approach, flexibly
responding to external changes (adaptability), harmonizing
the interests of all stakeholders, and focusing on the implementation
of key regional development priorities. |
