| Annotation: | Currently, choosing and identifying the most correct approach to analyzing the functioning of enterprises in the field of reproduction of valuable and especially valuable types of aquatic biological resources is a rather difficult scientific and applied task, since it is most often viewed through the prism of financial and economic indicators. However, as practice shows, these types of enterprises are quite complex management objects, both in terms of the production cycle of the main business process for the reproduction of valuable and especially valuable types of aquatic biological resources, and in terms of aspects of relevant scientific, innovative and human resources. The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of the indicators of the production potential of enterprises for the reproduction of valuable and especially valuable types of aquatic biological resources in the Ob-Irtysh fisheries region within the borders of the Tyumen Region using the example of Yugorsky Fish Hatchery JSC for the period 2022-2025. At the same time, in this study, the definition of “production potential” is considered comprehensively as a set of biological, financial, organizational, labor, scientific, technical and innovative components. A systematic approach, along with a practice-oriented approach, realistic indicators and parameters, taking into account the specifics of fishing industry enterprises is a key principle that ensures the complexity of the analysis. This circumstance makes it possible to identify trends in improving the efficiency of the enterprises under consideration and can become the basis for possible management decisions aimed at developing artificial reproduction and the entire fishing industry in the region. At the same time, special attention is paid to the biological component of the production potential as an integral part of the main business process for the reproduction of fish resources in the region. | ||
