The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that
domestic science traditionally uses a methodological approach
to assessing the effectiveness of land management, based
on the principles of stability of land management and cadastral
works, assessing the profitability of investments, the occupancy
of revenues of the budget system, and state support for producers.
However, modern challenges, such as the introduction
of ESG principles, require a new approach. Existing methodologies
often ignore the significance of organizational and legal
relations, especially the process of transferring land from one
category to another, which requires a clearer economic justification.
The aim of the study is to develop a methodological
approach to assessing the effectiveness of land management,
taking into account the management factor the transfer of land
from one category to another, as well as social and environmental
effects. As part of solving the tasks of the study, an analysis
of existing theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing
the effectiveness of land management was carried out,
the role of organizational and legal relations in transferring
land to other categories was studied, the application of ESG
principles in land management was investigated, proposals
were made to improve the procedure for transferring land
and assess the results. Traditional and modern approaches
to assessing the effectiveness of land management, the importance
of the organizational and legal potential of land registration,
and the peculiarities of legislative regulation of land
transfer processes were studied. A methodological approach
to assessing the effectiveness of land management is proposed,
based on the study of the influence of social, managerial
and environmental factors. The theoretical importance
of the study lies in the expansion of the methodological base
for assessing the effectiveness of land management by integrating
the organizational and legal aspect into the business case
for the transfer of land to other categories, which complements
existing research in the field of ESG and the resource potential
of agro-industrial systems. The proposed recommendations will
help municipalities to increase the efficiency of putting land into
economic circulation, ensure the legal and economic feasibility
of transferring land to various categories, as well as implement
ESG principles in land planning and management. |
