| Annotation: | Lack of information-analytical provision of the grain market negatively affects formation of effective management system. The article has analyzed the period of formation of uniform information-analytical system at the level of the region within the frame of Russian-German project that did not have any continuation. The article proposed a model of information-consulting center of the factory-farm complex of Volgograd Region and its operational capabilities for solution of the issue. At transition from local grain market to civilized market it is required to consider formation of an information-consulting center. The article has analyzed major stages of development of information-consulting services in Volgograd Region, and the foreign experience. |
