INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT IN THE DEEVLOPMENT OF THE COMPANIES COMPETITIVENESS

The approach of integration management to the administration of the companies’ competitiveness in the conditions of increasing the degree of opening of the Russian economics while merging the global market has been reviewed in the article. The author’s interpretation of the integration management as a special type of management activity has been provided; its direction at the increase of effectiveness of the company and formation of competitive advantages have been revealed. The method of stimulation of the inter-companies integration at the level of the region in order to establish clusters has been developed on the basis of the mechanism of the public-private partnership. The conclusions regarding the prospects of integration management for increasing the companies’ competitiveness have been made.
