REGIONAL ASPECTS OF FINANCING OF THE HEALTH CARE (ON EXAMPLE OF REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA)

The major issues and disadvantages of the current system of the health care financing at the regional level have been reviewed in the article. The author has provided the analysis of the quantitative parameters of the industry financing on example of Republic of Mordovia. The main trends of proportional ratio between separate sources of financial resources required for the field development at the regional level have been revealed in the article. Furthermore, in order to determine the basic trends of development of the health care financing the article has described the model ‘Impact of financing of the medical care on the population sickness rate’ that takes into consideration the dependence between financing of the medical care from different sources in various districts of the Republic of Mordovia and the level of the sickness rate in the republic.
