| Annotation: | The article is devoted to the actual problem of development of the innovation mechanism in the system of strategic m a nagement of the Russian pharmaceutical complex. The author discusses the concept of the innovation medicine; appropriate definitions accepted in Russia, the European Union, and the USA are given; the process of development of the innovation medicine is investigated. The process of formation of the pharmaceutical cluster oriented to the innovation medicines as one of the new conceptual approaches to the innovation development of the Russian pharmaceutical complex is analyzed; criteria for determination of efficiency of the pharmaceutical cluster functioning are proposed. |
