Annotation:

Institutional regulation of the insurance market is represented as a system regulation. The regulatory system includes national legislative and executive institutions of government regulation and the national institutions of social control, as well as the international institutions of the insurance market regulation. National government agencies and public institutions interact on the principles of the partnership cooperation. While the latter ones focus their attention on the availability of the legal information for all participants of the insurance market and implementation of the public control of the market participants. International institutions interact with the national public institutions of regulation of the insurance market based on conciliation and development of the joint recommendations for implementation of the common solutions.
