The use of diagnostic methods of the company organizational culture for solving scientific and practical issues of management

Annotation:

The concept of organizational culture as an integral part of the life of any company is examined in the article, which significantly affects the company efficiency. Methodological tools for managing organizational culture of the company are studied. Theoretical and practical analysis of organizational culture in the activity of a particular company is conducted. The areas of manifestation of organizational culture are discussed on the example of the enterprise. Methods of diagnostic of the company organizational culture are used, in particular the method for constructing the profile of the company organizational culture proposed by K. Cameron and Robert Quinn; method for determination of staff loyalty by R. T. Mowday, R. M. Steers, L. W. Porter, and the method of diagnostic and study of organizational culture by G. Hofstede. Recommendations for improving management of the company organizational culture are developed.
