Annotation:

The article describes method of the company positions ranking — the profession-oriented segmentation of personnel. Brief description of the remuneration systems based on the grading principles and KPI is presented. Their advantages and disadvantages are examined, in particular the issue of remuneration adequacy, one of the reasons of which is the complexity of the company positions ranking. Practical development of the company positions ranking — the matrix of the personnel profession-oriented segmentation is provided. The method of designing the professionoriented segmentation matrix is presented. Profession-oriented groups are described. The characteristic of guiding components, which form the matrix of profession-oriented segmentation is provided. Factors affecting selection of the guiding components are provided. The approach to determination of location of specific position in the matrix squares is proposed. Peculiarities of selection of positions ranking criteria are highlighted.
