Russian mentality in the conditions of modernization of the human resources management

The article examines the phenomenon of modernization as such, and its manifestation in the framework of the Russian socio-cultural space. The historical experience of modernization, its viability and relevance in the optics of the Russian state is analyzed. The most specific features of the Russian mentality are underlined; the conflict caused by the imposition of modernizing elements on the Russian socio-cultural space is revealed. The features of personnel motivation in the conditions of such conflict are studied, as well as the possible ways of contradictions resolution. A different approach to construction of infrastructure of any kind of relations in the state is proposed in the article, which is based on the foundation of the Russian mentality.
