| Annotation: | The aim of the article is to present the opportunities and risks of implementation of the potential of the youth in the innovative environment of megalopolis (on the example of Ekaterinburg). Based on identifying of the leading innovative tasks of the strategic development plan of the municipality of Ekaterinburg till 2020 and comparison with the results of a survey of young residents of the megalopolis, the description of the potential opportunities and risks for native youth and newcomers in the innovation environment of a megalopolis is presented, as well as positive and negative environmental characteristics of a big city requiring further attention in order to prevent stagnation in the process of innovations introduction and human potential development. |
