Annotation:

The article investigates the process of development of the teacher’s professionally signifi cant values in the system of qualifi cation enhancement from the perspective of acmeological approach: for each age group, level of education and qualifi cation category. Selection of professional peaks toward which the teacher is striving is determined by the teacher’s position, by established professionally signifi cant values, and the level of professionalism. An important component of the problem is the specifi city of adult development in the context of professional activities in the system of qualifi cation enhancement in the area of complementary pedagogical education at Voronezh Institute of Education Development.
