COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF METHODS USED FOR ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS ENTITIES SAFETY

Methods of assessment of business entities security are examined based on integrated and systematic approach to security of business, as well as on the basis of developed concept of complex safety of business. Comparative characteristics of the main methods used for assessment of corporate security. It is shown that each of the listed methods has its own characteristics (advantages and disadvantages) associated with the conditions of use, accuracy of assessment, extent of consideration of individual factors of threat and vulnerability, as well as the costs of use. Selection of the methods of safety assessment should be based on economic feasibility and effectiveness of certain valuation techniques in specific business conditions.
