| Annotation: | The article examines the issues regarding development of the marriage institution in Russia. The main stages of the legal regulation development of marriage-family relations are described. The article describes the influence of customs on marriage legislation, as well as the religious rules, which were revered by people of different faiths inhabiting Russia. On the example of development material-legal norms in the area of familymarriage relationships the transition to the Soviet family legislation is observed. Development of the legal-regulatory base in conjunction with development of society and the state arrangement is analyzed. |
