| Annotation: | The article reveals the notion of «mobile technology» and studies certain prerequisites of the mobile technologies use at the educational institutions of higher education. The role of scientometric indicators in the research activity of individual scientists, research teams and educational institutions is shown. The authors made proposals for construction of the university`s scientific journals development strategy directed at the use of mobile devices; a mobile information service for reading scientific journals published at the Baikal State University is offered. |
