DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF PRODUCTION OUTSOURCING AND PRODUCTION CROWDSOURCING

In the modern conditions, when there are profound and fundamental changes in the economy caused by technological progress and system changes, the use of new methods, such as crowdsourcing and outsourcing in the enterprise management are of scientific interest and are becoming increasingly urgent. The article discusses the concept of outsourcing and crowdsourcing, types of crowdsourcing, especially the use of crowdsourcing as a technology of management, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of its use. The advantages and disadvantages of the use of production outsourcing at the industrial enterprises, the distinguishing features of application of crowdsourcing and outsourcing.
