Annotation:

The article examines the prerequisites specifying the need for improvement of the system stimulating for the result-oriented activity of the scientific-pedagogical personnel. Analyses of development of the ranking system design and implementation is conducted. Consistency between assessment indicators of the ranking systems and the internal key performance indicators governing the operation is analyzed. The structural content of the internal procedures of the performance assessment of the scientific-pedagogical personnel is analyzed. The approbation results of introduction of the effective contracts into the Russian higher educational institutions operation are presented.
