Annotation:

In this article the author reasons a conclusion that the principles of cadastral assessment of the real estate and its state registration cover different types of the real estate, including the land plots. The system of cadastral assessment and the state registration is in the condition of reformation, and it is difficult to predict the further course of reform. At the same time, it is quite reasonable to assume that the principles of cadastral assessment and the state registration enshrined in two federal laws investigated in this article will act further as the main (basic) ideas fixing the relevant inter-industry institutions and will be implemented in practice with regard to the legal positions of the courts, which are already repeatedly formulated within examination of the corresponding categories of affairs.
