PREREQUISITES OF ARRANGEMENT OF CONTROLLING SERVICE AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

| Annotation: | The article is of a practice-oriented nature. Changing of the conditions of the external environment makes it necessary to change the internal environment of the enterprise in terms of increasing the flexibility and efficiency of financial resources management. On the example of GC «Titan», the article describes the current structure of management of financial and economic activities in conjunction with other units, identifies the shortcomings of the existing system, proposed introduction of controlling service. This will improve the management of consolidated cash flows, develop a methodology for preparation of financial statements for all companies within the Titan Group of Companies, provide the company’s management with more complete information for making managerial decisions. |
