THE PROBLEMS OF INTEGRATION OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM OF KYRGYZ REPUBLIC INTO THE INTERNATIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION

For integration into the international higher educational environment it is necessary to reform the system of higher education. One of the key vectors of reformation of the higher education system of the Kyrgyz Republic is the provisions of the Bologna process. The article describes the modern state of the system of higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic. The need to modernize the system of higher professional education in accordance with the modern educational tasks is revealed. Objectives and main directions of modernization of the higher education on the basis of the principles of the Bologna process are determined: introduction of the credit technology into the educational process, introduction of the two-level system of education, and introduction of independent accreditation of educational programs.
