| Annotation: | The article examines the actual problems of modern academic sector of Russian scientific sphere as an important component of social and economic system of the state. Development of scientific sphere is one of the most priority directions of the Russian national policy and it serves as the certain driver of its growth and updating. The level of development of science is analyzed from a position of various statistical data. The first results and consequences of carrying out the reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences are presented. The factors influencing development of the academic science are revealed. The assessment of its condition at the present stage is conducted. Certain recommendations about improvement of the academic science condition are given. |
