CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF CRISIS

The article examines the features of cash flow management of the production enterprise in the conditions of economic crisis. Real data on the results of the activities of the production enterprise were used in the conduct of scientific research. The subject of the study is the process of managing the cash flows of a manufacturing enterprise, and the goal is to find effective ways to manage them in a crisis. It is assumed that in the crisis conditions the priority of the factors affecting the company’s cash flows varies, the effective impact on them can improve the degree of production flexibility and financial stability of the enterprise. Such research methods as the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, methods of comparison, observation and scientific generalization are applied in the process of research. The scientific contribution is the allocation of key factors affecting the cash flows of enterprises in the production sector, the development of specific mechanisms for impact them with implementation of calculations. Measures to reduce the duration of the financial cycle, which determines the need for working capital are proposed. Particular attention is paid to a significant element of cash flow the cost of raw materials and their optimization. А list of financing schemes aimed at reducing some difficulties in financing investment projects including the risk of insolvency at each stage of enterprise activity is proposed. The resulted complex of administrative influences on monetary streams is directed on overcoming the crisis phenomena in enterprise activity. Such impacts are partially applicable to enterprises of other spheres of activity. The research continues in the area of developing influences on the cash flows of enterprises within the framework of business value management.
