ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL COOPERATION OF THE BRICS COUNTRIES: PRIORITIES AND PROSPECTS

| Annotation: | The article is devoted to the study of integration relations of the BRICS countries-participants in the economic and political aspects. The prerequisites, limitations and problems on the way of deepening economic integration within the framework of the association are analyzed. The depth and intensity of economic cooperation is defined on the example of development of the trade and investment flows. It is established that for today the geopolitical vector of cooperation and the struggle for creation of a new center on the Eurasian continent are dominant. According to the results of the study, it is indicated that the key factor for deepening economic cooperation between the BRICS countries is the re-creation of its own financial and economic model in other states as an institutional framework for cooperation. |
