| Annotation: | The article studies the issue of expanding the list of investigative actions, the execution of which is allowed at the stage of preliminary examination of reports of crimes. Some problems of legislative regulation of execution before initiation of criminal case of such investigative action as survey are considered. The judgments on improvement of guarantees of the rights of victims of crimes at the initial stage of criminal proceedings are presented. Proposals for inclusion of new provisions in the criminal procedure legislation concerning such party as the applicant are made. |
