TO THE ISSUE OF INDIVISIBILITY OF THE COMPLEX THING

| Annotation: | The article analyzes positions presented in the science regarding the ratio of two classifications of things: simple and complex things; divisible and indivisible things. The conclusion is made that all points of view can be divided into three groups. The first group consists of the opinions that define complex thing as indivisible. The second group consists of the opinions that define complex thing as divisible. The third group consists of the opinions that thing can be either indivisible or complex: double qualification for one object is impossible. This article also discusses examples of judicial practice illustrating the trends of its development regarding resolution of the issues of division of the complex thing. |
