CRIMES AGAINST PARTICIPANTS OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AS A COLLECTIVE CRIMINOLOGICAL CONCEPT

Annotation:

The article proves that the set of crimes against participants of criminal proceedings is an independent criminological category. This statement follows from consideration of signs of the specified socially dangerous acts. It is proved that in respect of participants of criminal proceedings, in connection with their legal activities, crimes are committed that infringe only the interests of justice, but also other objects protected by criminal law. After analyzing the criminological features of criminal attacks on persons involved in the criminal process, the author formulates the definition of crimes against participants in criminal proceedings.
