| Annotation: | The article examines the issues of the need for regulatory consolidation of the legal status of the Ombudsman for the rights of students of the Russian Federation, which is justified by the analysis of the results of his activities. The draft law «On the Ombudsman for the rights of students of the Russian Federation», according to which the concept and main tasks of the Ombudsman for the rights of students of the Russian Federation are fixed, his competence is regulated (the basic rights, duties, and responsibility are defined). The draft law «On the Ombudsman for the rights of students of the Russian Federation» also regulates the procedure for dealing with complaints and appeals of students. |
