Annotation:

Analysis of interaction of the public authorities and business entities in the history of Russia is justified by the need to study the accumulated experience of the state regulation of the economics in order to ensure implementation of the private economic initiatives. The main stages of this interaction are considered in the context of chronology of the world economic history and periods of socio‑economic processes implemented in Russia. In the history of economic relations, the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives is supported or limited by public authorities with the help of special methods and tools for taking organizational measures for regulatory regulation in accordance with the objectives of the economic policy being implemented. In the structure of socio‑economic transformations it is extremely necessary to form effective information communications of public authorities at all levels of government with business entities in order to further reform the state regulation system of the economics by encouraging the modernization of functioning of business entities. In order to ensure effective partnership of the public authorities and business entities, practical application of the existing regulatory framework is required with timely amendments to legislation in the field of credit, financial support and regulation of organizational forms of business activity. The goal of the implemented models for ensuring interaction of the public authorities and business entities in Russia is focused on solving the problems of business entities and directly ensuring the current legislation on the regulation of entrepreneurship. At the same time, it is necessary on the part of the public administration authorities to supplement the implementation of optimal state control and coordination of entrepreneurial initiatives based on modern scientific developments in the field of management, taking into account the specifics of current market transformations.
