Annotation:

The article examines the matrix approach as one of the possible ways to describe various pedagogical processes (organization of research and experimental work in scientific pedagogical research; implementation of pedagogical conditions; organization of educational work with students of educational organizations of different levels, etc.). The matrix approach is presented as a set of methods, techniques for considering, studying, describing a phenomenon (process, case) through another phenomenon (process, case). Clearly, the matrix approach is reflected in the form of a map-table (matrix), in which the horizontal elements of one phenomenon (process, case) are represented, and the vertical elements of another phenomenon (process, case). Due to this, each cell of the map-table shows the relationship of elements of each phenomenon (process, case), which allows you to present the described phenomena (processes, cases) holistically, comprehensively, volumetrically, and spatially. Using this approach makes it possible to present a holistic pedagogical process in the perspective of its development and clearly show the actual expected potential result, as well as describe the results of scientific research obtained during the implementation of pedagogical conditions. The article presents the experience of using the matrix approach in scientific pedagogical research as a way to describe the process of implementing pedagogical conditions, which is a certain difficulty when writing dissertation research. This is due to the fact that, as a rule, in practice, when implementing pedagogical conditions, a lot of work is carried out, a full description of which would take more than one hundred pages. The matrix approach makes it possible to avoid fragmentation when describing the researcher’s practical work.
