Annotation:

The article analyzes the possibility of using Shekhart’s control cards regarding the organization of a quality management system in enterprises providing household services to the population.The article discusses the main aspects of the organization of the quality management system, in particular, considers the main errors that may arise when collecting and using information about the effectiveness of the quality management system, as well as recommendations on the use of methodological tools that help reduce the frequency of main errors occurrence. The article discusses the basic principles of the use of control cards in relation to household services of the population, namely, the types and their main characteristics. Recommendations on the use of a certain type of control cards in the analysis of the consumer services system are given. The functions that allow to set the boundaries of regulation in the application of the control card methodology are defined. A hypothesis has been put forward that the application of control card techniques will determine the costs associated with the organization of a quality management system in an organization. It substantiates economic efficiency and the transition to a new level in the quality management system, subject to the availability of a high-quality client base and methods for its collection, analysis and interpretation. The data and recommendations obtained by the author as a result of the study can be used by enterprises that provide household services to the population when managing the quality management system at all stages of the service delivery process, which will increase social satisfaction of consumers.
