ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH WORK AS A FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF THE STUDENT’S COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Annotation:

The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that in recent years the modern education system has undergone a number of significant changes that require higher education specialists to organize and implement effective forms of formal and informal educational activities. The competencebased approach has become the leading approach of the modern Russian education system, in which the educational process is considered as the process of forming the necessary competencies for the future specialist. In the context of the development of the information society, one of the most important competencies is the communicative competence, which allows the individual to freely communicate and interact with other members of society. It is communication that is considered today as the most important qualitative characteristic of a person. Research activities are one of the types of activities in which you can implement creative projects, teach students basic knowledge and skills. The article analyzes the current educational conditions, describes the features, structure and directions of research work, and the results of the study of the relationship between students’ research activities and the formation of communicative competence. Within the framework of the experimental work, the idea that a well-organized research work can be the most important factor in the formation of a student’s communicative competence is justified. As diagnostic tools, we used the method of communicative and organizational aptitudes by V. V. Sinyavsky and V. A. Fedoroshin, of the level of subjective control (LSC) and the method of the ability to self-manage by N. M. Peisakhova. The correlation analysis was carried out according to the Pearson criterion. The analysis of empirical data showed a positive dynamics of the development of the communicative competence of higher school students in the framework of organized research work.
