Annotation:

This article discusses a number of issues related to the practice of developing a competence model of students in the direction of training 38.03.01 “Economics” in the context of the transition to new educational standards. The article defines the purpose and main tasks of forming professional competencies and indicators of their achievement. The role of professional standards in the formation of professional competencies and indicators of their achievement has been determined. Stages of development of the list of professional competencies and indicators are defined. The process of selection of generalized labour functions and labour functions is presented, taking into account the possibility of preparing for this professional activity within the framework of the Main professional educational program of the corresponding level of higher education. The process of selecting labor actions is presented. The possibility of using several professional standards in the formulation of a specific professional competence was noted. Disclosed is a method of generating indicators of achieving professional competencies. An example is given of the formulation of professional competence, indicators of its achievement and their assignment to the disciplines of the curriculum in the direction of training 38.03.01 “Economics”. The role of discipline in the formation of students’ knowledge, skills and skills is defined. A list of planned results of training in the discipline “Organization of innovative activity at an industrial enterprise,” correlated with the fixed indicator, is proposed. An example of mastering and demonstration of the obtained skills of trainees within the discipline according to the selected indicator is presented. A mechanism for developing the competence of a trainee in preparing a business plan for an innovative project, as well as a method for demonstrating and evaluating the obtained skills, is proposed. The conclusion is made about practical feasibility and balance of the developed model of formation of professional competencies and indicators of their achievement.
