REFLEXIVE APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL INTERACTION COMPETENCE IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES

Annotation:

This article considers the issue of reflexive approach to the training of law and the organization of social security specialists in secondary vocational educational institutions. Within the framework of the question, the views of domestic and foreign philosophers and scientists on the concept of “reflection” are presented, a brief analysis of the formation is given and the inconsistency of the interpretation of the concept is stated. A general overview of personal reflection is presented, and the axiological and theoretical-pedagogical approaches to the concept of “reflection” are briefly described. The mechanisms and stages of reflection implementation are considered, and the algorithm of actions at the second stage of reflection is presented. The article covers the following terms: arbitrary stop, essential nodes, conscious activity, reflexive output, reflexive knowledge, etc. An explanation of reflection as a spiritual component and as a means of realizing pedagogical goals is also given. The influence of the application of the reflexive approach in teaching on the development of thinking is justified, and the characteristics of the culture of project action are given, and three stages of its implementation are described. It is shown that reflexive knowledge can contribute to the combination of direct knowledge and its practical application. Based on the analysis of the concept of “reflection” and such normative documents as the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES), the Professional Standard of a lawyer and the Professional Standard of a social worker, an analogy is drawn for the application of the reflexive approach in the training of teachers and specialists in the field of law and social security organization on the example of the general competencies (GC) of a future specialist in the field of law and social security organization.. The article shows the relationship between the reflexive approach in teaching and the formation of the competence of social interaction in foreign language classes.
