DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF A NEW TECHNOLOGICAL STYLE

During the transition to the digital economy, transformations and new opportunities are associated with the development of new and effective management technologies designed to directly ensure the development of industrial enterprises in the absence of economic stability and market instability. However, at the same time, the situation of a number of industrial enterprises indicates the lack of the ability to organize fruitful activities to make appropriate management and production decisions, and, consequently, the lack of flexibility of enterprises in the competitive struggle. The article is devoted to the study of new technological opportunities in the digital economy and the study of the role of flexible production systems in the new technological order. Much attention is paid to the mechanism of increasing the flexibility of the enterprise in modern economic conditions. The authors substantiate the need for state management of industrial and innovative activities, and show that, despite certain limitations of state support for the economy, regulation has always been and will remain a necessary attribute of the interaction of elements of the economic system, flexible production systems, allowing for the priority development of real sector industries, and primarily the high-tech complex. In this study, the role of flexible management systems is studied and a mechanism for increasing the flexibility of production systems is proposed, which contributes to the effective development, cost reduction, effective development of industrial production, and increase in profit and profitability of industrial enterprises. This research is of interest to teachers, undergraduates and postgraduates of higher educational institutions, as well as specialists studying the problems and prospects of the development of flexible management technologies of an industrial enterprise.
