DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF STUDENTS OF A CREATIVE UNIVERSITY IN THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTING THE PUSHKIN CARD PROGRAM

The article discusses the relevance of the implementation of the all-Russian project Pushkin Card for people from 14 to 22 years old in order to visit cultural and educational events. At the same time, the accessibility and relevance of this project for students of higher educational institutions is demonstrated. The text focuses on the positive impact of the Pushkin Map program on the development of professional qualities of students of a creative university, which sets the right vector for the development of communication skills, aesthetic, spiritual and moral foundations of the younger generation. The article describes the process of introducing the Pushkin Card program into the educational process of the Orel State Institute of Culture as the leading educational, scientific, educational, cultural and educational center in the region for the training of highly qualified creative specialists by via the portal “Proculture. RF” and the ticket system for cultural institutions Quick Tickets. In order to encourage students to join the Pushkin Card program, to actively introduce the project’s material resources into the study of creative events and phenomena of art, the staff of the creative and performing center of the Orel State Institute of Culture has developed a cultural and educational program “Art without Borders!” The duration of the program: September 2022 — March 2023. Participants of the program: full-time students aged 16 to 22 years inclusive. The text of the article describes in detail the content of each of the directions of the program: the implementation of educational and educational activities, the formation of student corporate culture, professional development, participation in socially significant events. The results of the program implementation made it possible to identify the positive aspects of its implementation in the educational and educational process of students of the creative university, as well as to outline a number of problems to be resolved in the future.
