Annotation:

The relevance of the research is due to the need to search for modern approaches to the training of preschool teachers, dictated by the changes in the preschool education system and the increased requirements for the professional and personal development of a preschool teacher. The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the specifics of the professional and personal development of a preschool teacher in modern conditions of network interactions with partner organizations. The research methodology is based on normative legal acts in the field of preschool education, provisions of synergetic-network, competence-based, systemic and personal-activity approaches, analysis of scientific literature. Modern approaches to the professional and personal development of a preschool teacher are defined, an overview of modern scientific views on the problem is presented, on its basis the essence of the concept of “professional and personal development of a preschool teacher” is clarified, its content characteristics are disclosed. The results presented in the article allow us to assert that the specifics of the professional and personal development of a preschool teacher are justified by the professional activity of a teacher of a preschool educational organization, which is primarily due to the peculiarities of the age of children. In this connection, the teacher must have a deep knowledge of the theory and methodology of preschool education, the peculiarities of the age development of children, create and use an educational environment for pedagogical purposes, establish interaction with all participants in educational relations, etc. The concept of “network interaction” and some partnership opportunities are considered as an effective condition for the professional and personal development of a preschool teacher. Conclusions are drawn that further research can be aimed at developing a model of professional and personal development of a preschool teacher in the conditions of network interaction with partner organizations.
