Annotation:

The article is devoted to the study of students’ creative self-presentation skills in project activities. The relevance of this study and the research on the phenomenon of creative self-presentation of students allows designating ways of development and formation of the future specialist in the labor market. The concept of creative self-presentation is considered. Based on the analysis of scientific papers on self-presentation strategies we made a questionnaire that included the following content questions: the importance of self-presentation for students; awareness of own self-realization and self-presentation skills in project activities; problems faced by students in the preparation and implementation of self-presentation; prospects for mastering the skills of creative self-presentation. Understanding the problem areas in mastering the skills of creative self-presentation among students will make it possible to correct methodological developments in the educational process on the path of their professional development and formation. Thus, the object of this study is the creative self-presentation of students. The study is aimed at substantiating the essence and identifying the degree of formation of students’ creative self-presentation skills, analyzing the ratios of individual self-esteem and practical experience of self-presentation in the process of project activities. The purpose of the study is to assess the level of creative self-presentation skills of design students and the ways of their development. As a result, the main problems of preparing students for self-presentation are identified and the reasons for their occurrence are analyzed. The student’s perception of their result in the process of creative self-presentation is assessed. The expectations and results of the student in project activities are analyzed. The theoretical significance lies in identifying the main problems of students’ self-presentation in project activities. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility to use its materials and results in practical activities to develop a program for the formation and development of creative self-presentation skills.
