The principles of the circular economy are being discussed in political and social discussions today, and are being actively introduced into the textile industry to overcome the problems of linear models associated with a large number of waste. Based on the detailed logistical features of the textile industry and the identified problems of transition to circular models, this article presents proposals concerning solutions to the intellectualization of the textile industry supply chains on the principles of circular economy through the design of a circular supply chain and the crowdsourcing platforms. The introduction of crowdsourcing opens up numerous opportunities for industry and business: in recent years, various forms of crowdsourcing have appeared on the market, including in the field of logistics: the availability of technologies is supported by crowdsourcing platforms, which promotes contextual interaction between business entities in the right place and at the right time. Due to the lack of intellectual capital resources within organizations, the industry needs to turn to the external market in order to increase the efficiency of developing new products that meet the principles of circular economy through a crowdsourcing initiative. The authors proved the feasibility of implementing these intelligent solutions in two zones of the supply chain, which solve the problem of the quality of secondary raw materials and the problem of customer-oriented design of finished products, as well as the management of these material flows. In the crowdsourcing circular supply chain system, a basic model of multi-process production is established, in which the manufacturer chooses the best of the available solutions presented by scientists and designers from crowdsourcing sources.
